Este fim-de-semana tivemos a sorte de o ir passar ao Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort. Falo em sorte porque, de facto, é mesmo fantástico – um paraíso a 1 hora de Lisboa.

Chegámos e já era de noite. Ainda assim, deu logo para ver que estávamos num sítio lindo e onde a calma e a natureza envolvente eram simplesmente maravilhosas.

Acordámos no dia seguinte e, mal abrimos as janelas, percebemos que estávamos no paraíso e que cheirava a verão. Acordar com o canto do pássaros, o cheiro do pinhal e a luz recortada pela sombra dos pinheiros esguios são memórias que trago do meu primeiro contacto com o Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort. Aconselho a chegada de noite já que é uma surpresa muito agradável acordar no meio daquele ambiente natural.

Além disto, as casas estão inseridas no pinhal, elevadas sobre o terreno, respeitando a biodiversidade, o que nos faz sentir parte da natureza. Este é, do meu ponto de vista, um dos pontos mais fortes deste aldeamento turístico!

Os limites de cada lote não existem de forma rígida, já que não existem muros, as divisões são feitas em madeira e arame, confundindo-se os limites de cada lote com a paisagem envolvente. Os caminhos em pedra e passeios largos conferem óptima mobilidade no interior do resort.

O carro não foi meio de transporte: trocámos o motor do carro pelas pernas e andámos sempre de bicicleta. Fizemos passeios fantásticos pelo resort, com excelentes acessos. Os passadiços são construídos elevados sobre as dunas de forma exemplar e ligam as várias entradas para a praia que fica a 5 minutos de casa – um caminho de madeira elevado na paisagem óptimo para um passeio com a família ou para uma corrida matinal, sempre com a sensação de que estamos dentro da “natureza”. Adorei!!!

Depois de um grande pequeno-almoço preparado pelo meu marido (melhor que hotel!), fomos dar um grande passeio de bicicleta pelo resort com os miúdos, até chegarmos à praia (e que praia!). Sempre que venho para estes lados fico ainda mais fascinada com estas praias, a cor da água e da areia torna a praia paradisíaca! Esta zona é, sem dúvida, de outro campeonato; um local diferente e valioso e – sorte a nossa – é só a uma hora de Lisboa.

À tarde, depois de um grande almoço em casa, deu para dormir uma bela sesta. Era como se estivéssemos de férias, sem horas, e a viver como o sítio nos pedia: com serenidade e paz.

Domingo foi mais um dia de passeio pela zona. Durante o fim-de-semana tivemos imensa sorte com o tempo, uma vez que só choveu no sábado à noite, pelo que conseguimos em ambos os dias passear muito e brincar com os miúdos ao ar livre. Eles estavam mesmo contentes de poderem fazer kms com a “mota” deles sem existir o perigo de aparecerem carros e, os que apareciam, era sempre a uma velocidade muito reduzida e sem qualquer perigo. Tinham finamente muito espaço para aproveitar, chegavam à cama exaustos e felizes.

Desde que tive filhos, ainda não passei umas verdadeiras férias de verão, visto que no primeiro verão estive outra vez grávida. Como mãe de quatro filhos sei que os meus requisitos para as férias acabaram por mudar. Com efeito, hoje vou dando valor a aspectos que antes me eram indiferentes e em que nem pensava. Mas a verdade é que com quatro filhos há coisas que temos de ter em conta; a mobilidade é, sem dúvida, uma das premissas mais importantes para ter tempo de qualidade em família, em particular numa família numerosa. De facto, uma coisa fantástica no Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort é que os carros ficam estacionados as férias todas, porque tudo é perto e se faz a pé ou de bicicleta. Só de pensar que não tenho de pôr quatro crianças no carro é um descanso (além de que, em termos práticos, são cerca de 30 minutos (ida e volta) por viagem que ganho por dia!).

As paisagens desta zona são realmente incríveis, toda a construção é feita em madeira e de forma muito subtil, não “estragando” a natureza da sua envolvente. O meu marido, que é arquitecto, adorou e não fala de outra coisa! Uma vez que é apaixonado pelo seu trabalho, aproveitou para passar parte do seu tempo “livre” (enquanto os babys e eu dormíamos a sesta) a ir ver as obras das novas casas que estão em fase de construção e a conversar com um dos directores de venda, para perceber os princípios da construção e o desenvolvimento do mesmo. Mas agora não fala de outra coisa, e já só pensa em um dia, se e na medida que a vida nos permita, termos uma casa por aqui para passar uns excelentes dias em família, perto de Lisboa, onde as crianças podem andar sozinhas e brincar com outras crianças (fazer amigos), serem felizes :)!

Foi um fim-de-semana espectacular e só espero ter a oportunidade de voltar aqui e poder desfrutar mais um pouco deste paraíso.

    Abby, not all mega churches are created equally. I go to a large church and I can’t imagine the people of my church doing that.     Food trucks. Coming from Chicago, food trucks were everywhere and where I worked had one pulling into the docks everyday at 9:30am (too early for tacos, pizzas, and such). Do any of the big companies in GR welcome the food trucks into the building for employees? Could be a good HR initiative to undertake as a perk for employees. But I recently I noticed Rafav’s Rolling Taco Wagon parked at the CenterPoint Mall during lunch time. Ever try them out?
